Using Hard Toothbrushes

A lot of people have the misconception that the harder and thicker the toothbrush, the better cleaning you receive. That is entirely wrong! You must understand that your teeth and gums are fragile and you must take tender care of them.

Change this unhealthy oral habit and start using soft toothbrushes. Brush slowly and gently without force. That will keep your mouth safer and healthier.

Don’t Chew That Ice

After sipping on a cold drink mixed on the rocks, a lot of us have the habit of taking the ice in our mouth and chewing and crushing on it at leisure. That is another of the bad oral habits.

Chewing ice can harm your teeth way more than you probably imagine. It's a bad habit which can put cracks in your enamel which can result in worse dental problems.
