can also use an ice pack and press this against the area, which aches. Never
ever, put any pain killer in your mouth, near the painful area as it might burn
the gum tissue. If there is too much bleeding, apply a dental gauze to soak the
blood. If it’s a knocked out tooth, save the tooth. Do not throw it away.
Knocked out tooth have the highest chances of being lodged back into the
socket. Rinse the tooth if it’s dirty and do not scrub or brush the tooth as
this will remove the gum tissue from the surface.
If there is a half dislodged teeth, you
have to visit our dentist immediately as this can only be resolved by the
doctor. If you feel any pain or discomfort due to some food in between your
teeth, try using dental floss to clean it. Never ever, use any sharp object
like pins to remove the food, as this might lead to gum tissue damage. If there
are cases of lost crown or lost filling, then put a sugarless gum in between
the open area till you reach a dentist. If it’s broken braces that poke you
everywhere in the mouth, try to use a piece of rubber to put it in a more
comfortable place. If you’re not able to press it, then cover the poking end
with a cotton ball or gauze.
